Our GuaranteeWe guarantee our Baltic Birch kitchen storage sliding shelves to be free from manufacture's defects for as long as you live in your home. If our Baltic Birch roll-out shelves every fail during normal use simply return the defective item postage paid and we will replace the item at no additional charge, please see the return policy page for more information. Our economy kitchen storage shelves are guaranteed under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If our economy shelf fails within this time return the defective part postage paid and we will replace it at no additional charge. Other pantry organizers, home organizers and cabinet accessories that we carry but we do not manufacture have specific guarantees from the manufacturer. Contact us and we will provide warranty instructions for these cabinet accessories. Why do we offer such a strong guarantee on our pull-outs? Because our roll-out sliding shelves are built that well. We have been building and installing our roll out shelves in Arizona for over thirteen years. If you install our pull-out shelves and kitchen accessories properly they will give you a lifetime of service. When a kitchen organization product is well built it will stand the test of time.
