What happens if you make a mistake
measuring? While others may say too bad we offer free cut downs or
remakes on up to two custom Shelves That Slide, you just pay the
shipping. For more than two shelves we have a recut fee and you pay
the shipping. Our goal is to be sure you are completely satisfied with our
products and our quality and care in manufacturing keeps our returns to a minimum.
If you
ever find you need to return one of our kitchen organization
products we want to make that process as smooth and efficient as
possible. A return authorization is required for all returns and
must be obtained within 15 days of receiving the order, we limit
return for refunds to two custom sliding shelves. All
items must be returned in the original condition and the original
packaging and a minimum 25% restocking fee applies
